We’re here to help you create an event that’s as unique and memorable as your group. From logistics to menu customization, we’ve got you covered. For our virtual events, you’ll need a few basic kitchen essentials to cook along. Here’s what we recommend:
A grill or stovetop
A good knife and cutting board for prep
Tongs for flipping
An instant-read thermometer for perfect doneness (optional but helpful)
Basic seasonings like salt, pepper, butter and a low smoke-point oil (such as grapeseed oil)
Cast iron pan
Once your event is booked, we’ll provide a detailed equipment and ingredient list so you’re fully prepared to cook with confidence!

Absolutely! For private and virtual events, the menu is completely customizable. Whether you want to cook steak, smash burgers, tacos, or something totally unique, we’ll work with you to create the perfect lineup. We’ve even done themed events like Tacos & Margaritas or Beer & Burgers—the possibilities are endless!
For in-person classes, the menu is typically set in advance, but be sure to check the class details when booking. If you have specific requests, reach out, and we’ll see what we can do!

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for private and virtual events, which require coordination for ingredients and shipping. Ideally:
Virtual Corporate Events: At least 3-4 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and steak delivery.
Private Events: At least 2-3 weeks in advance, but we may accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
In-Person Events: These are scheduled in advance—just check the current class listings and book your spot!
If you’re on a tight timeline, reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

We can host virtual classes on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or your preferred platform—whatever works best for your group. Just let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll handle the rest!

While BBQ with Boterman is all about grilling up bold flavors, we can absolutely accommodate vegetarian options for private and virtual events. Whether it’s grilled veggies, plant-based burgers, or creative meat-free dishes, we’ll work with you to craft a menu that fits your group’s preferences.

We currently ship to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time. If you have specific shipping questions, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
